Apex Medical Group is available to patients across most of the United States. However, due to state telemedicine regulations, testosterone (TRT) cannot be prescribed via telemedicine in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Puerto Rico.
If you live in one of these states, other therapies such as enclomiphene or HCG may still be appropriate options depending on your evaluation results. A licensed provider will review your case and discuss what is available to you.
Most orders ship within 48 hours after a prescription is issued and processed by the dispensing pharmacy. Delivery times vary by location, and most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Packaging is discreet.
If, after evaluation, a provider determines treatment is not medically appropriate, the monthly membership fee does not apply.
We do not bill insurance directly. Many patients use FSA or HSA cards, when eligible.

Women's panels also include Progesterone. This is a venipuncture (blood draw) completed at a certified lab location near you.
After your intake is complete, we place lab orders for you through a national lab network. You complete the blood draw at a participating lab location at your convenience.
If a provider determines treatment is medically appropriate, prescriptions are sent to a licensed pharmacy that serves the patient's state. The pharmacy dispenses and ships medication directly to the patient.
